A little about me…
My name is Brianne, and I guide others through what I’ve lived myself: the long, winding path of health challenges—full of searching, setbacks, and, eventually, clarity.
I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, with over 15 years of experience in both fields. I also teach Qigong and Original Posture, helping others reconnect with their bodies in the most instinctive, life-giving way.
Over the years, I’ve explored dozens of healing approaches—scientific, ancestral, functional, and everything in between. What I offer now is the integration of all of it: steady, thoughtful support rooted in what’s real, enduring, and aligned with how we’re designed to thrive.
This work draws not just from what I’ve studied, but from what I’ve lived. After more than a decade of navigating my own health imbalances, I returned to the rhythms and practices that make true health possible.
Today, I help others do the same—whether they’re facing long-standing issues or simply seeking to feel more at home in their body and life. Not through quick fixes or rigid protocols, but through steady, deeply personalized care that honors both the physical and emotional realities of healing.
